A residence in the "Valley of Golf"

Calanova Sea Golf residential estate is located just over two kilometres from the beaches of Mijas-Costa, one of the liveliest areas of the Costa del Sol and offering all the services you may require. At the present time, there are six golf courses and plans to build a further five, which has led to the area being popularly known as the "Valley of Golf". There are also plans to build a marina in the near future.

Mijas Marina

The project to build a marina at Mijas-Costa will soon become a reality. The plans were approved in the summer of 2005 as part of the modifications to the Mijas Urban Planning Programme. The new marina will be situated less than two kilometres from Calanova Sea Golf residential estate and will have at least 800 moorings for vessels of between 5 and 100 metres in length.

From the balcony of the apartment for sale on this website, you will be overlooking Calanova Golf Club, a fabulous 18-hole golf course designed by Manuel Piñero. It was opened in Spring 2006 and offers a 20% discount on membership and fees to all owners of flats and apartments within the Urbanización Calanova Sea Golf residential estate.
