The residential estate known as Urbanización Calanova Sea Golf is a complex of 10 blocks, each with 237 luxury flats, apartments and penthouses. Most of the blocks are still under construction, although 3 of them (numbers 8, 9 and 10) are now finished and the deeds were registered in July 2006. Construction of Block number 4 will be completed in October 2006, and the deeds are due to be registered in November/December 2006. This modern and exclusive complex covers an area of some 32,000 square metres, along with the new Calanova golf course, and offers 24-hour surveillance.
